The Council of Oklahoma Private Education (COPE) is a part of the Council of American Private Education (CAPE) Network. The State CAPE Network is comprised of coalitions of state-level private school associations across the country. Because most issues and activities pertaining to private schools begin or manifest themselves in the states, the State CAPE Network plays a unique and critical role in helping CAPE’s Board of Directors identify, define, and clarify issues affecting private education.

- Engagement in policy advocacy at the local, state, and national levels to promote and protect the interests of private schools in Oklahoma. Periodic opportunities for schools to socialize, network and share ideas;
- Job boards;
- Information on access to STEM grants and other similar benefits.
MEMBERSHIP
- Membership: COPE maintains a robust network of private schools across Oklahoma to provide a platform for collaboration, resource-sharing, and collective advocacy to advance private education opportunities.
- Resource Development & Services: COPE provides a wide range of resources to support private schools and enhance the educational experience for students - academic materials, administrative support, teacher training programs, fundraising training and opportunities, facilities, and best practices guides.
- Advocacy: COPE actively engages in policy advocacy at the local, state, and national levels to promote and protect the interests of private schools in Oklahoma.
Membership Fees:
- Enrollment of 1–100: $500
- Enrollment of 101–500: $750
- Enrollment of 501–750: $1000
- Enrollment of 751 plus: $1500
